Nashville Summit 2026

The MMF-US Nashville Summit brought together artist managers, self-managed artists, and music industry professionals for an all-day, in-person gathering at The MLC’s offices on Friday, April 17. This curated event featured a full day of keynote conversations, panels, presentations, and networking.

Designed to inform, connect, and inspire, the Summit offered valuable insights from leading voices across the business, along with meaningful opportunities to engage with peers and partners. Attendees also received follow-up materials, tools, and resources to support their work beyond the event.

A featured keynote conversation, Own the Fan: Rewriting the Playbook with Alexandra Kay, Beth Keith, and Andreea Gleeson, was a highlight of the day.

KEYNOTE: OWN THE FAN
In a landscape where algorithms change overnight, ownership is everything. Alexandra Kay and her manager Beth Keith sat down with Andreea Gleeson to break down how they have turned millions of followers into a high-converting, career-defining fanbase, fueling chart success, sold-out tours, and a multi-dimensional business beyond the music itself. From data-driven decisions to direct fan relationships, the conversation pulled back the curtain on the strategies redefining what it means to build and own a modern music career.

The program explored key topics including Know Your Rights, Amplifying Impact: Driving Social Change Through Music, Music Managers: The New Power Brokers, From Commissions to Capital: How Artist Managers Access Growth Funding, and The Business Behind the Artist: Infrastructure, Income, and the Modern Team.

The Summit featured representatives from The MLC, Sound Royalties, KOSIGN, Artist Growth, Music Services (SESAC), Sony Music Publishing, Red Light Management, Neon Coast, Sound Talent Group, Black Opry, Road Recovery, NIVA TN, Music Venue Alliance Nashville, Tennessee Entertainment Commission, Nashville Musicians Association, American Federation of Musicians, Arts & Business Council of Greater Nashville, Backstage Strategies, The BAM Group, Track Record MGMT / C3 Management, Space Colonel Management, PS Business Management, Fox Rothschild, Giggs, and more.

Whether building their roster, navigating today’s evolving landscape, or expanding their network, attendees experienced a day designed to support and strengthen the modern music management community.
