BLACK LIVES MATTER

June 28, 2020

MMF-US is committed to equality and continuing the struggle for change, most especially where discrimination exists . . . but we need to do more. We must use our voices and influence to stop perpetuating racist structures. We must call for dialogue that focuses on creating solutions and deliver a heightened level of understanding to help transform conflicts and actualize racial equality and justice. We must continue to push for more inclusivity. We must continue to advocate for the advancement of black artists, managers and executives. We have a responsibility to listen to one another and work together. We must educate ourselves and others on effective ways to improve our own industry, as well as our community as a whole. As managers, self-managed artists, and industry executives, we are standing for racial equality and are deeply committed to doing our part to end systemic racism. We call on you for your input, ideas, and discussion. This is a time to come together as there is a lot of work to be done. https://blacklivesmatter.com
