Road Recovery
February 21, 2018
Road Recovery's primary goal is to communicate to young people, concert goers, and local communities a strong message about the benefits of living life without the use of drugs.
Road Recovery has created a partnership between sober music industry professionals (road crews, artists, industry executives), mental health specialists, and entertainment industry professionals whose lives have been personally affected by substance abuse.
Road Recovery aims it's "street level" action program at area high schools, universities and youth centers. It also has display booths and exhibits during Road Recovery "Live" performances and education events.
Road Recovery offers a databank of sober road crew personnel. Road Recovery encourages sober road crew personnel to forward resumes along with personal recovery information via email, fax and mail for inclusion in the Road Recovery databank. This information will then be available as a referral clearinghouse 'free of charge' for interested managers, agents, promoters, record labels, etc. looking to hire sober responsible road personnel.
Road Recovery makes this information available as a FREE service to the music industry, but cannot independently verify the accuracy of personal information provided. Road Recovery therefore suggests independent verification of references or other information, and makes no warranty as to the accuracy of the contents of this databank.
