Maulin Hemani - Founder & CEO, FanPad

Maulin Hemani is the Founder and CEO of FanPad, building direct-to-fan solutions for artist teams focused on long-term fan engagement and monetization. Previously, Maulin was a Manager at Bain & Company, where he helped advise some of the biggest labels, companies, and investors in Media and Entertainment. Maulin is a lifelong music fanatic & DJ, previously co-founded a merchandising company, and graduated from Northwestern University with degrees in Computer Science and Finance. 

Bryan Grone - Head of Production & Artist Relations, B Side

A lifelong musician and innovator with 20 years of experience at the intersection of tech and music, Bryan has held roles in the major label system (Warner Music Group), the DSP space (Spotify) and creator tools space (Splice) before joining forces with the team at AnyRoad to develop the BSide model and platform.  Bryan is a voting member of the Producer & Engineering wing of the Recording Academy, and fronts a Grateful Dead leaning cover band in the suburbs of NYC.

Matt Bacon - Founder, Sapphire Eye & Dropout Media

Matt Bacon is a marketing director, A&R, and manager specializing in the world of heavy metal. Matt has worked with a wide range of artists from pop stars like Mitski and boygenius to rock icons Coven and Arthur Brown by way of legendary bands Killswitch Engage, Neurosis and Apocalyptica as well as labels including Prophecy Productions, Run For Cover, and Metal Blade.
