With a background that includes organizations such as the Recording Academy, the National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences, ESPN, and Tribune Media, she brings a wealth of knowledge to any room. Known for her exceptional multitasking abilities, proactive problem-solving skills, and ability to lead and motivate teams through change and adversity, Lauren is a fearless and adaptable professional who thrives on learning and taking on challenging tasks to drive success

Leah Dowdy - Membership Manager, Recording Academy

Leah Dowdy is a lifelong music lover and Membership Manager at the Recording Academy, home of the prestigious GRAMMY Awards. She oversees the Musical Theater and Classical genres nationwide and works diligently to ensure that each membership class reflects the diversity of the music community as a whole. This process includes recruiting prospective members from a wide variety of disciplines, demystifying the application process and amplifying the Recording Academy's overall mission to advocate, educate, celebrate and serve. 

In addition to her nine-to-five, Leah is also a professional songwriter, dancer and actress having appeared in numerous commercials and television shows such as The Sinner, Love Life and How to Get Away With Murder. She hopes to continue breaking glass ceilings and positively impacting the lives of her fellow creators for years to come. 

Logan Delgado - Coordinator, Recording Academy New York Chapter

Logan Delgado is an alumnus of NYU Steinhardt’s Music Business program with a passion for artist advocacy and excellence. He works in Membership & Industry Relations at the Recording Academy, the organization behind the GRAMMY Awards, where he supports national member engagement across its 12 Chapters with a special focus on the Academy’s New York Chapter. Logan also serves as Head of Operations at Vali Entertainment, a luxury entertainment company specializing in live music experiences and production for private events such as weddings, galas, and corporate celebrations.
