Julián Duque, Founder, Immigration Records and UNSIN Music Conference & Festival
Julián Duque is a music industry executive and entrepreneur from Colombia, with over 15 years of experience across the global music ecosystem. He holds a Master’s Degree in Music Business from New York University and has built his career working with leading companies such as Sony Music Entertainment (through The Orchard) and Apple Inc.. Throughout his career, he has contributed to releases for a wide range of artists, including global superstars like Bad Bunny, Anuel AA, Ozuna.
Julián is the founder of Immigration Records and UNSIN Music Conference & Festival, platforms dedicated to supporting and elevating emerging talent within the music industry. His work focuses on bridging the gap between creativity, business, and technology, with a strong emphasis on empowering the next generation of artists and industry professionals.
In addition to his executive work, Julián has been invited as a speaker and delegate at internationally recognized events such as Billboard Latin Music Week, SXSW, GMA
(Taiwan) and BIME, where he shares insights on the evolving global music landscape.
Through his ventures and thought leadership, Julián continues to champion innovation, cultural exchange, and sustainable career development in music.
Omar Ruiz, Music Producer & Artist Manager; Founder, DGPM Records
Omar Ruiz, professionally known as DREILU, is a Miami-based music producer, songwriter, and artist manager whose work bridges music creation, artist development, and the business of music. As the founder of DGPM Records, he leads the creative development and career strategy of artists and producers including Machaka, Valop, and two-time Latin GRAMMY winner Larry Coll, while continuing to produce and develop new music projects in Miami.
Combining his experience as a creative with a strategic approach to artist management, Omar works closely with talent to develop their artistic identity, build sustainable careers, and connect their music with opportunities across the global industry. His recent work includes securing a global publishing agreement with Warner Chappell Music for Valop and a record deal with Rimas Entertainment and WME for Machaka, reflecting his commitment to bringing Latin American talent to international audiences.
Omar holds a Master’s degree in Music Industry from the University of Miami’s Frost School of Music and a Bachelor’s degree in Music Production & Engineering from Georgia State University. His professional background includes experience with ONErpm, BMI, and Buser Legal, as well as mentorship under Jesús González, Vice President of Latin Creative at BMI.
A voting member of the Latin Recording Academy, Omar has participated as a speaker and moderator at industry events and educational institutions, including the University of Miami, UNSIN, and SAYCE Music Week. Through his work as both a producer and manager, he continues to champion the development of Latin artists and producers, connecting creative vision with meaningful opportunities in the international music industry.
